To participate in the Ethereum network and utilize Uniswap, follow these steps:

Connect to the Ethereum Network
Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and open your MetaMask wallet. Click on the network dropdown at the top of the MetaMask interface and select “Ethereum Mainnet” to connect to the Ethereum network.

Access Uniswap Decentralized Exchange
Once connected to the Ethereum network, navigate to the Uniswap decentralized exchange by visiting https://app.uniswap.org/ in your web browser.

Understand Uniswap
Uniswap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) where users can swap various Ethereum-based tokens directly from their wallets. It operates without the need for intermediaries, providing users with greater control over their assets.

To purchase $DTI using $ETH through Uniswap, follow these steps:

Connect MetaMask to Uniswap 
Ensure your MetaMask wallet is connected to the Ethereum network. On the Uniswap interface, click on “Connect to a Wallet” and select MetaMask from the options provided. Follow the prompts to connect your MetaMask wallet to Uniswap.

Use DTI Contract Address
In the Uniswap interface, locate the token swap section. Enter the $DTI contract address into the token search bar to locate the $DTI token.

Select $DTI/$ETH Pair
Once the $DTI token is located, select the $DTI/$ETH trading pair to initiate the swap.

Enter Swap Details
Enter the amount of $ETH you wish to exchange for $DTI. Uniswap will automatically calculate the amount of $DTI you will receive based on the current exchange rate.

Adjust Slippage Tolerance
To ensure your transaction is executed smoothly, adjust the slippage tolerance to a low percentage, typically around 0.5%. This helps minimize the impact of price fluctuations during the transaction.

Confirm and Execute
Review the transaction details, including the estimated gas fees, before confirming the swap. Once you are satisfied, click on “Swap” and confirm the transaction in MetaMask.

Monitor Transaction
After confirming the swap, monitor the transaction status in MetaMask. Once the transaction is confirmed on the Ethereum blockchain, you will see the $DTI tokens in your MetaMask wallet.
